Protection Partners

To meet the broader conservation challenge we have established close partnerships with government agencies, other non-profits, and conservation-minded foundations and corporations.

We work with our public agency partners and other local conservation organizations to identify redwood forest properties for preservation and to develop and coordinate plans for acquiring them. We also work with these partners to effectively steward the natural and recreational resources of local forests and parklands and to enhance public appreciation of them. Our foundation and corporate partners support our work with the capital necessary to fulfill our mission of protecting the redwood forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
